真愛凌駕世俗的美醜，菲律賓1對「不一樣」的情侶最近在網路上爆紅，罹患侏儒症、其貌不揚的男子靠著殷勤與體貼打動女同事芳心，雖有酸民形容為「美女與野獸」，但更多人給予他們祝福與祝賀。
在臉書上名為「Mitoy and Mika」的粉絲專頁，1組照片震憾菲國無數網民，1名患有侏儒症的男子與1名美女相吻擁抱，照片上方的留言是「謝謝部落衝突，讓我認識了我的寶貝…沒想到真的有天長地久。」
這個粉絲專頁已有超過4萬人按「讚」。
網路媒體Pinoytrending報導，Mitoy和Mika於2年前因玩「部落衝突」遊戲而結識，之後常在臉書上討論遊戲策略，最後陷入愛河成為戀人。
報導引述Mika說，男友Mitoy既善良又忠實，很難找到這樣的好男人；Mitoy則請求酸民停止對他的「網路霸凌」。
另1個網路媒體Social Trends Ph說，女方的真名是Althea Beruya Ronquillo，男方為Pat Esconde Patricio，但他們不是因玩網路遊戲而結緣，而是辦公室同事。
由於兩人都上夜班，男方每天清晨4時陪女方回家，今年4月，男方傳簡訊說，「真希望你是我的」，女方回訊「我是」，這段驚奇的愛情故事就此展開。
